Environmental Protection

In Dalekovod – d.d. as well as in the member of the Dalekovod-Čincaonica d.o.o. Group, environmental protection is managed in accordance with the international norm ISO 14001:2004., while adhering to the legal regulative relating to the certain aspects of the environment. In applying ISO 14001 continual control and supervision is performed of significant aspects of the environment which have or might have an impact on the environment.

Monitoring energy consumption and their rational use, monitoring and control over pollutants in the air and water, reducing and adequate treatment of industrial waste while using waste where possible, employee education as well as use of ecologically acceptable technologies and processes are requirements that are constantly taken into consideration. Dalekovod – Čincaonica d.o.o. is a member of the Dalekovod d.d. Group, one of the small number of companies in Croatia which possesses an established and uses an environmental management system.

Dalekovod – Čincaonica d.o.o. has also introduced and uses an environmental management system for health and work safety OHSAS 18001.
