Facility for Discontinued Galvanizing (large facility)

The facility allows galvanization of various steel grill-like structures, piping and polygonal columns, safety, security and decorative fencing, containers, boilers, steel-reinforcing and other products made from steel with lengths of up to 12,5m.

Capacity: up to 30,000 tones per annum
Heating system: natural gas
Zinc temperature: max 450°C
Working dimensions: 12.5 x 1.7 x 2.5 m
Standards: ISO EN 1461, ASTM-A123, ASTM-A385 or based on customer demands

Facility for galvanizing using centrifugal system (small facility)

The facility is to galvanize bolt-type products, nuts, washers, suspension and jointing equipment including other products made from steel using the centrifugal system. The maximum dimension of the items is 700mm.

Capacity: up to 6,000 tones per annum
Heating system: natural gas
Zinc temperature: max 45O-56o°C
Standards: ISO EN 1461, ASTM-A123, ASTM-A385 or based on customer demands
